Purchase orders can be emailed, faxed, or mailed. All orders are F.O.B. Columbus, Ohio USA unless other terms have been negotiated.
Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or an LTL carrier (for larger orders). Freight charges for domestic accounts are prepaid. For export accounts, charges are reflected on quotations or pro-forma invoices.
Prices and Physical Characteristics are subject to change without notice. Physical characteristics listed on this site are current, however due to software/hardware upgrades, other requirements may be applicable at time of purchase. Please contact our sales department with any inquiries.

Omnitech warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from receipt by the original end user. Extended warranties are available.
Invoicing and Payments
Our standard payment terms are net 30 days from the date that the invoice was submitted. There is an increase in product pricing for payment terms longer than 30 days. International orders (excluding Canada) must be prepaid.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
For established overseas accounts, we provide pro-forma invoices and accept bank transfer payments. Bank charges are the customer’s responsibility at the wire origination.
